Message of Healing
Therapy didn’t help me at all because I had a set them I had to talk about what happened and I could never tell the story to a stranger but I could never tell my family about it either. The worst part was having to talk when they wanted me too not when I wanted to talk about it but to be fair I never wanted which was good for me but when people treated me different it made me feel like a monkey in an enclosure if you want family or friends to treat you properly I had to build or confidence to lay ground rules and I got never stayed over at house with anyone for about a 8 months and I did with 2 girls and I never fell asleep but then they stayed over a lot and the last time i fell asleep it does get easier this was good closure for me as well you should write your story
